To many enthusiasts the GT3 is the real 911. It's a lightweight version of the 911. It's far more powerful than the standard version, not quite as powerful as the Turbo. Porsche now has updated the 911 GT3 with the changes that the regular 911 got last summer.
It's got new front turn signals, new LED rear lights. The engine is more powerful. It now has 435 horsepower. The 911 GT3 has new exterior mirrors. It's got an altered interior, a new console. The GT3 has become more and more popular and Porsche now has responded with adding ESP system. The GT3 never had ESP.
Now it's available at unlike another 911s. You can switch it off entirely. While you can drive the 911 GT3 you everyday, you can also take it on the track. There are couples of elements that Porsche has added, such as the center locks that show this is what the GT3 is really designed for.
If you like to spend your weekends on the racetrack, the GT3 is the 911 for you.
