RICHARD BLAIS, CHEF
Richard Blais is an American chef, reality show contestant, restaurateur and author. He was the runner-up of the fourth season of the reality television show Top Chef and the winner of season eight, Top Chef: All-Stars. He currently owns and operates Trail Blais, a forward-thinking culinary company that has consulted on, designed, and operated some of Atlanta’s most popular eateries and most recently released a cookbook Try This at Home.


DORIE GREENSPAN, BAKER
Dorie Greenspan is an American author of 10 cookbooks and won six James Beard and IACP awards for them, including Cookbook of the Year, as well as The New York Times called her a "culinary guru“ in early 2000’s. Most recently launching Beurre & Sel cookies.


LIOR LEV SERCARZ, SPICE GURU
Lior Lev Sercarz is a purveyor to some of the best chefs in New York and describes himself as the “spice therapist”. He now owns La Boite a Biscuits/La Boite a Epice.


GARRETT OLIVER, BREWMASTER
Garrett Oliver is the brewmaster of The Brooklyn Brewery, editor-in-chief of The Oxford Companion to Beer, author of The Brewmaster’s Table, and one of the foremost authorities in the world on the subject of beer.

Founder of Kelvin Natural Slush Company. Kelvin Natural Slush Co. opened for business in July 2010 with a food truck in New York City and proud winner of the 2010 Vendy Award for Best Dessert and have been named one of America’s Top 20 Food Trucks by QSR Magazine, one of America’s Top 15 Street Food Vendors by Relish.com and Best NYC Food Truck in the About.com Reader’s Choice Awards. The slush was also named one of the 100 Best Dishes and Drinks in New York City in 2012 by Time Out magazine.


APRIL BLOOMFIELD, CHEF
Originally from Birmingham, England, April Bloomfield moved to New York in 2003 and hasn't looked back since. Named Food & Wine's "Best New Chef", April Bloomfield proceeded to open the John Dory Oyster Bar, and The Spotted Pig in New York. She is also author of, "A Girl and Her Pig", published in April 2012.

Lynna Mansel is owner of Mansel's Patisserie & Bakery in Avon, Connecticut, and Desserts International in Woburn, Massachusetts. Lynn Mansel has also been the Pastry Chef of all Mohegan Sun-owned restaurants since 1996. Mansel has received awards including Just Desserts, Alliance Francaise, the Baileys Irish Cream Content, and more.
