Learn about Fast Food and Fertility
Female1: Fast-food, we love it for the convenience factor and the taste sensation. But could it be the fastest way to ill health and unhappiness? Outrageously high in calories, bad fats, sodium and sugar and willfully low in nutrients, is there anyway to fit these modern phenomenon into our daily diets?
A meal like these will cost you two-thirds of your daily calorie intake because prior to making an appearance on your plate, it was literally swimming in fat. Possibly cotton seed oil infused with residual pesticides or man made hydrogenated oils; these are the ones that allow food to sit on shelves for months without going rancid. The trouble is with your body these oils do not compute. The oil you see on your plate remains unchanged as it sledges its way through your arteries. Often it needs enzymes added back into it so that it can legally be cold foot again.
Fast-food or safe food? Perhaps it is safer to stick to the real thing.
Conceiving a baby while taken for granted by most is a long and emotional journey for some. Reasons for low fertility can range from genetics a poor lifestyle but there are some steps you can take to increase your fertility, if you are a smoker it is time to get hard on yourself; smoking decreases your chances or falling pregnant by 40 percent. The smoking woman takes on average two months longer to conceive than a non-smoker. The earlier you quit the better; one year smoke free can have you conceiving normally again. Even male fertility is affected by cigarette smoke, if you enjoy a puff say goodbye to a fair few of your swimmers.
Female2: The fact is that smoking affects all areas of reproductive life that affects fertility in both men and women, it affects the likelihood of a pregnancy taking place, it affects the likelihood of the pregnancy surviving; to produce a child, it affects the likelihood of that child being healthy at birth, shortly after birth and it affects the health of the child in its early infancy. But it also goes on to affect women for example their likelihood of getting consecration such as early menopause or cervical cancer so there is no area of reproductive life that is immune from the effects of smoking.
Female1: Being overworked and stressed out can impede your chances of having a baby too. Nobody knows exactly why this is so but it is true that when anti stressing measures are taken, couples often find themselves with child. And of course you are not going to be able to make another body if you do not consume enough nutrients to maintain your own. In a recent Harvard study involving 17,000 women, those with the highest fertility rates ate few carbs, a lot of vegetable protein, always went for the full cream milk and added a multivitamin to their diet.
Men are found to improve their sperm count with the regular consumption of omega-3 fatty acids. Add some deep sea oily fish to your diet. Atlantic salmon and sardines have the highest omega-3 content.
Add in regular good nights of sleep and you are well on your way to improving your chances of sharing your life with a little someone special.
The overuse of cosmetics and perfume can inhibit fertility. Try giving them up at the same time as the cigarettes.
