Nothing is more important to me than my health. So, I work out every single day and believe it or not, New York is one of the best places in the world to trade. You know, I think coming to New York and seeing what you’re made of with great trainers, there’s no better gift you can give to yourself. And one of the things that your body really needs to become incredibly conditioned is to learn about balance and to be stable and to move and to be nimble at the same time. So, this is Brett. And you can see everyone thinks we’re twins because you know our bodies look the same.

Brett Hoebel: V and I met little over a year ago. She came in in a beautiful, beautiful dress. I have to kind of be like, “Hmm, supermodel.” And see what she got. She’s been able to come in here and be trained from everything from functional training, pedal bell training, yoga, and now we add a little spice into it, a little—and she can even say that. I love that. It’s an—created by the slaves in 1500’s that we’re being brought to Brazil. And they disguised it as a dance because the slaves wanted it to be thought they’re price in martial art would be killed. So, they disguised it as a dance and it’s evolved. They were actually classing and training into a martial art.

The ‘jenga’ is the basic move. And the great thing about ‘jenga’, you can show your personality here. When you’re about to go in against your opponent, it’s the first thing they see. So, you can be all static like this. You could be loose. Get a little flat to this board and balance, core, cardio, everything you want.

Veronica Webb: You know there’s lots of reasons I work out but the most important reason is for my family. You know, I’ve got two little kids. I’ve got a job. I got a household to run. So, my body is under a lot of demand. I’m in my 40’s and for most of us who are that age, our mothers didn’t have the time to take care of themselves. They didn’t work out—so this is the first generation I think that we really have enough time because of technology and convenience and that kind of thing and also enough information to teach our kids about fitness and nutrition.

So physically, I have a great sense of power and mentally, I’m completely refreshed. I have like so much mental energy right now that it’s crazy. You know everything coming. Everything is occurring, you know that’s the point.

So, that’s the story, honey. You know, you come to Brett and you get what you came for. I mean the thing that I’ve really loved about this is like I come in, I shut off my problems, I shut off the kids, I shut of everything. And I work my body out. I mean what you can do in here in an hour is phenomenal. And so, when you’re on the road, do not cheat your body. You can get so much done.
