Ina's favorite turkey sandwich is spread with scallion cream cheese.
Those are my favorite left over turkey sandwich, so slice turkey put that aside. Scanning cream cheese so just room temperature cream cheese, chop scallions just chop them roughly because they are going to be puree in the food processor full of salt and pepper, okay and just puree this up and just mince these scallions.
And then thin slices of my favorite advice, seven grain bread, fill a bit of cream cheese on both sides, some slices of turkey. It looks so nice and moist. And here’s the surprising part fresh basil leaves. They are sort of peppery. They are kind of really great flavor to this. Put the top on that’s what we do. And that’s my favorite thing about leftover turkey.
