When Emma Czornobaj stopped her car to help ducklings cross a busy Montreal road back in 2010, two motorcyclists plowed into her car and died. The two victims included a 50-year-old man and his 16-year-old daughter. She was convicted in June for criminal negligence and dangerous driving causing death, and has now been sentenced to 90 days in jail. Pauline Volikakas, wife and mother of the victims, says she's satisfied with the sentence, and wants to move on.
