Female Speaker: Let’s move towards the legs series. We will do a series of leg movements on the right side and on the left side. Start with the long spine, abdominals engaged. Reach your left leg forward. Right knee pointing directly forward. Inhale and exhale and to cross over. Lengthen your spine rocking forward with your abdominals engaged, a slight pressure on your left thigh. Inhale again, till leg extension forward and exhale. Reach your left leg to the side.
Bring your left arm to your hip and lengthen the right side of your chest. Repeat to the right now. Inhale, leg extension forward exhale, inhale and exhale. Keep the right leg to this side and reach the left rib cage open and exhale. Repeat this on each side.
