A federal judge is considering an injunction against Abercrombie & Fitch Co. and J.M. Hollister LLC after ruling that nearly 250 of their clothing stores are unfriendly to the disabled. The lawsuit filed in Colorado, says some disabled people had trouble getting into Hollister stores with stairs at the front entrance. Hollister has argued that it complies with the law because all stores include side doors. Gillian Pensavalle has more.
