It also contains nearly 25% of your recommended daily calcium intake. A big quest for weight loss, numerous studies have shown that consuming 1200 milligrams of calcium can give you an edge. If you are trying to loose weight, this recipe makes the 16 ounce serving and has 299 calories. Combine it with the half a whole wheat bagel with the tablespoon of peanut butter and you have a super nutritious breakfast.
